I was using in game noises, no one asked me to stop, I did it for about 30 seconds and the squad leader ordered a TK on me and kicked me from the squad. I then was transferred to the other team, reported the squad leader, and the one who TKed me, which he reported me, I reported again and was banned for being a troll. Kinda horse shit.

Consider yourself lucky it was a temp ban (3 hours). In that time you should go to the rules page here:
