Banned on Soul Rebel for shooting someone on Kingston

I was banned by Jevski on Soul Rebel shortly after killing an enemy on the Kingston flag. Apparently Kingston is considered an unattackable main base, despite the fact that it has a normal looking attack flag and no other indication that it is out of bounds.

I apologize if Kingston is generally accepted as "out of bounds", but I can't see how I could have known that based on the server rules.

Appears to have been a short temp, so no action needed.

Still if that is going to be an enforced rule I think some clarification is needed, à la the Muttrah specific rules.

I was standing on the crate of the repair facility, players have been told to stay clear.

If you had told people to stay clear of Kingston, I either joined after the warning or I missed it in the chat scroll. And from my vantage point the crates/repair facility looked like a regular crate and a repair station dropped by a logistics truck. Additionally the only rule about not attacking a flag with a repair station refers to Muttrah.

I'm not trying to be a jerk or test the limits by arguing, I'm just genuinely confused about the "main base" rules. Kingston appeared to be a fair target according to the server rules since it had an attack flag. I don't think I was alone in this confusion since there was a Russian fob right next to it and other squads appeared to be assaulting it.
