Ban Appeal - It's my friend that got me banned

So my Russian friend (the one who is always drunk), uses my account lately to play PR (I myself am a Southeast Asian). I heard from him that my account get banned because he said the N-word. I thought it was a Temp-Ban, but I can't play at HOG even now. So he promised me not to use my account and everything is fine now, but will you unban the account: sgt.erich

Oh come on please response, firstly I'm Melanesian (Eastern Indonesian who are Blacks), secondly, my friend that Ruskie guy who got me banned doesn't play in my account anymore (he says he's playing at HOG with his new account till now but he never tell my about his account name, I kinda get pissed when he says it but well)
