I'll firstly admit I'm wrong for being a pest, but I believe it was for the right reason. I've done my fair share of admining on other platforms so when I see someone being abusive with power it's kind of annoying.

On Ramiel, B4TM4N, missed out on grabbing a techie while playing as ARF. CPT. Redpants was the person who got to it first, B4TM4N claiming it was out of spite that he took the techie began to shoot at Redpants, attempting to TK him. The game passed by and nothing really came of it until the game ended and everyone (whole team, not the involved parties.) was screaming into their mics. Redpants called out Batman on trying to TK him and B4TM4N then responded with "I should of just kicked you." The next game starts ( Basrah Ins ) and I ask Batman why he would kick someone just for a minor asset and I didn't get much of a answer other than "I'm an admin cus" and "shush its squad time"( this is where I admit I'm 100% in the wrong. ) So I continued to meme about it in all chat. I was then, what I assume, is a perm-ban and my forum account under the same name was also perm-banned. Not only was I not warned, I was prevented an appeal.

I don't expect a instant ban lift or one at all, just want to call this guy out on being abusive. Not towards me but towards others, since I was in the wrong for the last part of it.

Do what exactly? You can't have the ability to ban someone then be vague when you ask something of them.

As far as the TK complaint. It was sheer luck that I hit him as I wasn't even scoped up or trying to.

When you are moving to claim a vehicle and someone takes it seeing that you hope to get it, a bit of anger is expected.

Even after I owned up and said that it wasn't the right thing to do, you thought you would yank my chain. No thanks.

I completely respect that, as I said I was in the wrong to be a pest but personally I didn't think ending it on a dismissive note was cool at the time, but I also didn't hear you apologizing/owning up at all. How long is the ban

Your buddie made, what in bird culture would be called, a dick move. No harm no fowl. I fired a round in complaint, but no harm was intended.

I also told the entire team in mumble after the match that it wasn't right for me to do that.
