I was the only admin in the server at that time, first known was in H5 area, which was just right outside of U.S. DoD and main, I got tremendous report of U.S. and Tali shooting into / out of DoD.

I apologize for temp banning you. I thought you were in rocket techie, SPG techie just looked like rocket techie in the map.
Yes, I failed to identify the baseraper and It won't happen again.
