I apologize

I apologize. I'm drunk, and I used the N word in reply to someone saying something about "sand n****s". Okay, I said what I said because I thought it was funny as if you had control over how they got sandy because that in itself is ridiculous... but there was an underlying feeling and reason where it was coming from where I thought it would have distracted attention from what was said in chat to a less serious dafter and more abstract thing to quickly turn something serious to something lighter. For me, I've done this before and it seems to work. If you can quickly redirect peoples attention to something else then people focus on the last thing to have been said and the serious part gets a little buried and forgotten about, and people often don't even realize what has happened. Anyhow, what I said was not a directed attack. I don't remember what the other guy said but my response was just a stupid imaginary conjured up and obviously impossible scenario which is typical of the way I think and often how I find humour in life.

In my defence (but not to try to downplay the rules of the server) in England saying that kind of thing is considered more casual if you're talking amongst yourselves and it doesn't have that vicious connotation that Americans see unless it's directed at an individual or a group of people. It's not something that will just be banned on TV from comedy scenes or stand-up shows so long as it's not obviously intended to cause offence. Hope you take this into consideration although obviously I do understand that I was breaking your rules. It was a slip of the tongue if I'd have thought for a second, with intent to just make people laugh at something random and turn attention from what might have been a racist statement to something that was just daft. Not to offend anyone.

Again, I was in the wrong to break the rules and I don't think I'm in the right or anything so I accept anything that comes to me...
