It happened on November 20th 2017 (yesterday), around mid-day.
The map was Karbala., Insurgent Side.

I was riding with a guy in his ammo tekki, he refused to give me a ride from main. He said, tekki belongs to mortar. Well, that`s cool allthough it`s not claimable, but definitely cool with me, no prob. I was threatening him for fun to steal his tekki though. Everybody does that, its a common joke. I know it was not ok. I rode with him to mortar fob and stayed in the 2nd seat, to troll a bit, but not intending to actually steal the vehicle, but riding back to main with him The driver stayed inside. Then suddenly things got weird..

Suddenly a guy from the mortars outside of the car pulled his SKS and shot my glass window once, then my reflexes immediately took over... I had been leading a lot of Spec Ops SQ recently, killing guys with sophisticated close combat tactics and my bare hands.. I kinda ducked and jumped out in a fluent movement, kinda like Jason borne..That idiot attacker "unknowndemon" shot the Driver in the car instead of me, while i was pulling out my pistol already behind him, pumping half a magazine in his fat butt, before I could actually realize what was going on! Im kinda sorry, that things escalated that way, and people got harmed by my expertise. It totally got out of hand.However, I ran away..that time.

20 minutes later, when the tekki wasn`t in use anymore, i came back (it`s not claimable) and took it, then i got banned. There is one more thing i want to add, that guy "unknowndemon" has been trolling on me recently with exaggarated reports, made up accusations and shit..U know that stuff, dont put to much emphasize on his judgement.

Please unban me, i will neither intentionally tk, steal stuff, even if its not claimable nor interrupt the game in any way. This was just an exception, ask the guys who were playing with me, I`m a valuable player in the diminishing community, playing on a regular basis, with good skills and efforts for the team and the gameplay.

In the end, it was just un unclaimable, unused tekki at that time, not really ban worthy. When e.g. their mortar fobs was already packed with piles of ammo crates at that time? Noone got killed, stolen, wasted, except that guy who tried to shoot me.

Yep, so..everything on 20th of November is just showing , that i was telling the truth. The trouble I had with "unknowndemon" earlier, that "sharpshoot" guy, who was driving the tekki, and the other squadmemebrs from mortar reporting me: it`s all there. I was 100% honest, and it was a minor breaking of rules, if u ask me.

The other reports from the other days is just the usual stuff, that occurs, when u play a lot. There are often slight misunderstandings, who claims what, then u get warned or return the vehicle and everything is fine, sometimes admin is in the other team and kicks u immediately. It is no proof for constant misbehaviour, if it is what u wanted to imply. I stick to the rules, except when something goes wrong..I also kinda tried to explein it in a funny way, I have to admit So..what`s your decision there now? I could deal with some sort of punishment, I would accept it. But I didn`t perform major bullshit like actuially REALLY stealing valuable assets or wasting them, or tking for fun etc..I know the rules and follow them.I didn`t steal claimable vehicles and took off or BS like that..
