ban appeal

I played cas with a mate called KevinIsMyName on bijar canons yesterday and when the map ended I got banned for no reason on muttrah city. FLAP.INC guys and Kevin told me the reason apparently was 'ban evasion'. I'm quite confused since I'm pretty sure I didn't play on your server for at least 1 year and I even played with admins in my own squad the whole previous games so how come did this happen at all?

I'd like to get unbanned and I also apologize if I offended anyone.

I used to play this game when there still was the ww2 mod around but I can try to retrieve my old nickname if that's the matter, however i do not remember having any disruptive behaviour back at that time so it would really help if you could explain me what I did wrong on the bijar canons round. I acknowledge I did fly once very close to the IDF dod but it was during a huge C turn I made and there was no enemy jet up at that time and I honestly believe one warning would have been enough.

No I didn't know who these guys were until FLAP.INC team told me about that 'Lazed' hacker. They also told me they believed that the admin who banned me was actually thinking I was that guy which is very nice since I could have simply spoken with him on teamspeak to prove the contrary. What the hell.

I played 2 or 3 days on your server, mostly in the evening.
