Banned for something I didn't do.

Around 11:38 am (-4 GMT) 13/01/2018, I was banned from the server for something I did not do. The map was Grozny Insurgency and we have just lost the 3rd cache. I was waiting at main to: (1) get an AR kit and (2) get a vehicle to get to the rest of my squad. Around the same time, some player (i never saw his name) threw a grenade (i believe it was 2 he threw). I ignored it and continued to wait for my kit. When i got the kit, i saw that a logistical truck had spawned and that [ROG] =Tiger= got in. I jumped into his truck to ask him to carry me to the next cache so i could be with the rest of my squad. I told me to get out so i did.

When i got out i was killed by S.I.F Ali-Emra, who falsely accused me of throwing a grenade, shooting in main and trying to kill them and subsequently had me banned.

Note:- that i was waiting for an AR kit when the player threw the grenade in main.
Note:- that i did not shoot at him because he was on the other side of the main and i was at the supply crate that is to the left of the entrance at main.
Note:- that i did not try to kill him because i was waiting for my kit.

I don't know how the other player is that threw the grenade and shoot at him in main, but i got banned for waiting for a kit and a ride out of main.
