literally why did you ban me

why was I actually banned? I'd like to be unbanned but I don't even know what I did wrong. Literally killed no teammates, my friend is banned aswell, and he does not know what for. Are you banning people to make space on the server? Please at least just tell me what you banned me for, because there is nothing I did wrong except accidentally firing a shot at base and I'm perma banned.

My friends name is LtsForest, but I met him on another server and we were both banned on HOG for seemingly nothing and didnt know why. Just saying, why is it a permaban for teamkilling in a base once? Accidents happen all the time, especially at the start if the round with the vehicles. Nevertheless, thank you for unbanning ne.
