I wrote an appeal hogclangaming.com/index.php/forum/ban-appeals/2572-ban-appeal nobody responded, so i am trying again... with hope not being ignored.

Yep still banned, and i don't know that guy, i was banned 2 months ago, and my ban got lifted, after that i install new windows, and with that installed PR from scratch which changed my CD key hash, can that be the cause?
