Banned, not fair

I was banned recently on Kashan Desert, no admin online.

There was this guy BigMoist, with 3 people in the CAS squad and 2 choppers, one guy being spotter.

I asked him to open the squad, he did not. (Several times)

I created another CAS squad, 10 minutes passed and Apache was grounded. I got a gunner, then I got warned by unidentified admin via RCON I guess.

I got out the chopper, and reported this guy BigMoist.

One minute later I got banned with no reason.

I would like to know why, because even if I am breaking a rule, this guy BigMoist is breaking another, not letting fly people that is good for it, having a locked squad with less members than needed and having the CAS grounded.

Also, why the admin didn't warn him too, or banned or kicked, because I reported him like 3 times. I don't like these situations where there is not justice equally.
