I suggest you ask your provider why your IP is getting recognized as a VPN IP.

it's the network from the place where I work at, probably because there are hundred of devices and people connected to it (+ free wifi access which obviously won't help). Same issue with university network, immediately gets flagged as VPN on some websites even though they're not. Blame swedish governement for breaking everything since the 2015 piratebay scandal.
