This is the ban I think you are appealing in the first place...
This is what happens when you join and immediately start griefing and mass killing when the round starts.
I assume you are just another hacker that wants to sabotage other players, with the recent stuff in mind.
Even if a sq-bug occurs, don't do it. Same i told your friend Mr. lolmaster.
If this ban is the reason you cant play it can be lifted... if it isnt, please create a separate appeal.

Mass-tking plus IP recognized as VPN according IP shown in Webtool, banned for hacking/vpn.as reason.

hacking is hacking, not mass tking, using a vpn doesnt mean hacking either. ban for the specific reasons, not hacking without proof of hacking
