Banned on Saarema CnC

I got banned for wasting a trans helicopter and I would like to shed some light on what happened. I tried to pickup some guys on the dirtroad close to the russian main base, I was about to land when I got the "There is a problem with your connection", as soon as that popped up I hit S to put the chopper on the ground, I hit a uneven side of the dirt road, causing the Helicopter to sway to the side, I exited it before it flipped, that's when prWars Koolio approached me and asked me if I wanted him to unflip it, since I was lagging I accepted it, when he tried to unflip it, the helicopter hit the trees and exploded. All this can be checked in the match Tracker, I am sorry for wasting the team's helicopter. I didn't mean to be a troll or anything, just a streak of bad luck.

Wasn't Koolio's fault either, he was trying to help me, it was really bad timing to my internet to go all funky.
