Ban appeal

So...I got banned without even my knowledge, but I believe it was because an accidental teamkilling from what I can remember, what happened was that my connection was not very good that day and while playing i saw some "heads" inside a building which i thought to be enemies so as a grenadier I shot a grenade ofc when I saw I teamkilled friendlys, the lag was getting worse, I got a little p"ssed and left the server, next day when I try to join I was banned, and I'm still banned for like 3/4 days, is it possible to unban me since it was just an accident?

What the... I never hacked! That's impossible, I actually thought I was banned for teamkilling because I didn't play anymore for a while like 1 day because of the exams, so it's impossible, since I don't even know any hacks or would use any for project reality, why would I hack after 2 years of playing this game? I'm sorry but this ban is totally unfair

Ok, and who ever reported me should be the one getting banned because I did absolutely nothing besides the accidental teamkill, I can even remember that I was playing on Operation Marlin when that happened but I didn't get banned, I disconected from the game myself. Thank you anyways.
