Banned for leaving APC

(the problem here is, I have had different names over a certain period of time for some reasons, like havin a profile with settings for my flight equipment etc or just having a fresh account, with an unknown name...I really don`t remember precisely, my name that got banned)

Hi, I was banned on HOG several weeks ago, because I left a player called HOGHailey behind in his APC.

All I remenber was, that we were in APC together and I was driving an AAVP for him. we landed in Muttrah close to the docks and went a bit up the ridgeline there.

I think we had a dispute about something and I decided to leave him behind, cuz I did`nt want to have any trouble that day and wasn`t interested in anymorte aPC action from that point on anymore. I thought it would be ok for him, to drive 150 meter back to the docks on his own in the first 5 minutes of the game, since my route was in the complete opposite direction. So he got mad at me for abandoning him there and banned me.

Can u please lift the ban? I see it was wrong, I understand that is was rude, but couldn`t he just have warned me instead maybe? I would have returned the APC, so I think he overreacted a bit in my eys, since I actiuually know the rules and follow them aas good as i can.

Please give me the chance to play with you again, I think it wasn`t such a big thing, in the end right?

It`s undenieable..There are some reasons for that: First of all I play a lot, and secondly HOG is the most populated server, so most of the "issues"with PR "executive power" accumulates here in your logs. But as you can see, all these things happened over a long period of time, I definitely learned numerous lessons on that way and the perm bans all got lifted since the reasons for them were either of minor severity and got sorted out or even misunderstandings and mixing up up with someone which definitely occurs regularly. In general I`m a decent player that really sticks with the rules. And I thing I was really doing well, being a role model, teaching others the rules even at the point, when I got into that issue with Haley. If you read his ban reason you will agree, that he was definitely mad. No doubt. But I understand that, he wants to play, and is pissed. So I definitely want to emphasize, that i wanna APOLOGIZE for being rude there..But since i was banned for some months now so basically "did my time", and it was definitely a bit "overkill" to ban me without warning, i ask, If Hailey accepts my apology, I`d politely propose that we maybe just leave this behind and move on playing? I don`t feel like I am that kind of player that the rules target on in order to get them removed. :/ And if u don`t believe my argumentation, just consider giving me one last chance maybe? The community is getting smaler, I promise, if you might ever find me in trouble again, I will not ask for more. I really think I know how it works now. And i was really paying attention to the rules, just BECAUSE I got into trouible earlier. But I never would have thought, that just changing my mind, doing my own thing and leaving a sq and an apc could get me that much into trouble!! What i really did, when I treid to get out of the argumentation with the admin, was to keep me OUT of trouble and jus move on..u see? You gotta believe me, I thought it wouldn`t be any problem at all, that close to the base. I had no bad intentions so to speak. Not muc else I can say..
