you are having a hash collision with a player/s that r banned...there is no way for us to fix it...Try posting in the PR forums, they seem to help some people to get a new hash....others they ignore...

I looked at the ban for the other guy with the same hash and I have decided to lift the ban....when u and he are on the server it will assign u a new hash...if he ever plays when u do.
