Hello, I'm new to PR and was looking to join your server, however it says I am banned despite never having joined before. My in game name is BigMeatyClaws and my CD hash is f498b1283e87ec68ab66f4a7d04d92e2
I would like to know why this is the case unless this is standard for new players. Thank you!

The game assigned u a CD hash duplicate. The hash u have is banned.

Usually the problem resolves itself when 2 players with the same hash join a server and the game changes both hashes due to the conflict...In your case you happen to share a hash with a hacker who is banned. Your best bet may to be to post in the PR forums but others have had no luck...so Im not sure it will help. The hash may change if u reinstall the game with new hardware...
