VPN banned?

Hi,I'm a international player .I have connection problem every now and then in the server .So I have to use a VPN to be able to play in HOG server properly.
but ,it seems like no Proxy or VPN is allowed in HOG server ,because I get kicked or banned when I try to join the server using a VPN .
Is there anyway to solve this problem ?

BTW ,I think the disruption for me to connect to HOG server is because our government's fire wall .our government hate anything BF2 or PR,they banned any bf2 or PR video on domestic video sharing sites.I'm not 100% sure it is the government censorship to be the cause of connection disruption.

yes sir,I have to use encrypted connection and proxy to penetrate the communist's firewall,I use phiphon3 to view this forum and try VPN in server.can't believe they even blocked this forum,crazy ,crazy.
