i spoke with the pr dev team they send me this message : you dont have to be on same server, just play at same time, but that does not help often since the guy originally banned probably does not play anymore (cause he banned ). We provided solutions to server admins to help solve these issues without having to unban the original perpetrator. PRTA might be using these, but HOG does not seem to. Right now you have to resolve this with HOG I am afraid

i think they are pulling your leg, unless they gave some information to someone other than the two head admins for PR on hog which is haley and me and we don't know of anything other than what you were told by us here.

that links to an area you cannot see, only one community appears to have possibly implemented it but they have not responded to that thread since the 1st of the month. Didnt you say prta still has you banned as of today?

nope PRTA lift my ban ( i cant link you the ban appeal in their web its offline now ) they told me that they understood what happend and they called it a " hash collusion" they told me that that is all good But i need to stick with my user name Boomer1911 if ill try to join under a different name ill get ban again .... i dont want to bother you guys too much .. .. if you cant do it ..then you cant ... ill search for another hash key some how ...somewhere.
