Banned for self defense

I was in main, and a team mate threw a grenade right at me. I saw him coming at me with another grenade in his hand, so I shot him. I was immediately banned. I didn't know what was going on. I didn't know if he was griefing or something. I took action in the heat of the moment. I don't know what I was supposed to do. He threw a grenade at me, then ran towards me with another one in his hand. Obviously, he was trying to kill me. Sorry for overreacting, I guess, but I thought I was about to get teamkilled myself. I didn't do anything to that loser. I thought he was one of those punks who teamkill in main for no reason. I wasn't trying to start anything. I suffered a blatant teamkill attempt.

I remember this clearly, player "Marc100Fuegos" was sitting in a logi at main in the repair bay continuously dumping crates, there was around 15 crates piled up around him in the logi at main, blocking other vehicles access to repairs. I asked him why the hell he was doing this, no reply. I then informed him in local that I was going to throw a grenade at the crates to get rid of them, I threw the grenade THEN he jumped out of the logi, I yelled at him trying to warn of the grenade but it was too late. My grenade only damaged him, I was in mid apologies when he TKd me in main. This was all caused by "Marc100Fuegos" being an asshat in main dumping crates and wasting our assets.
