Hey my friend just downloaded the game like an hour ago and i told him to join your server so i could teach him how to play, and when he went to join it said he was banned, he has never played this game before and never joined the server as far as i know, and i was just trying to teach him but he is banned for no reason, I would like to know why and see if he can be unbanned. Thanks!
