Good afternoon,

Tank was killed B4kp2/5. Shot was started when he was outside of DoD. I was in tank squad, we were tracking the tank to try and kill it after it TRIED to disengage.

Are you safe from engagement after fighting then running, even though you're being tracked/chased?

I will be honest and admit a mistake in that i didn't realise that western quay/dock was DoD for French, but it still doesn't change the fact that he left that DoD when I shot, nor that he shouldn't get a free disengage after shooting our own tanks.

Quick note we fought your tanks in F12. We traded 1 tank for 1. Then the bmp disabled our 2nd tanks gun. From there your 2nd tank tried to follow us only to hit a mine near the same location. After we ran to our main which is more than half away across the map which is a pretty long "disengage". The only fact you need to know is that our tank blew up from a Tow/Hat in DOD doesn't matter if we are retreating or damaged.
Last note: Just unban Chicken all I want was for him to admit fault that he shot us in DOD
