Ban appeal

Hi. I got final ban after i said to an admin =HOG=Imdruid ''Don't piss me off''. Before at the map Sbeneh outskirts i got harrassed by warnings and a kick. The story begins at Sebenh outskirts ( can't remember the exact name ) when i was asked to make a squad by another guy to make a squad Trans/tank because there were no squad slots left,i was leading transport squad, so i made it. After that when tank spawned we took the tank without realizing there was a tank squad, before that i didn't get any warning for a false squad name. I was a gunner and i had a driver. After one minute we left the main base i got like ~5-10 warning to return the base just withing 20 seconds, so my driver started heading back to base and i got slain. After i was trying to figure out what i did wrong then, we were returning tank back to main and so on. I made infantry squad called ''Foxtrot'' and i got warning because of not sure what, warning for something like i had to make proper squad, but there was also charlie squad so i just made foxtrot squad. I got kicked for being an ass. I returned , changed the team, everything went well till the next map Muttrah. We were playing CAS squad. We played cobra and did some infantry and so on, until cobra spawned. Me and my pilot were trying to return back to main carrier. Transport squad leader was afk and there was no way we could get back alive. We decided to kill ourselves, but it didn't happen. Before i was trying to click suicide button, screen stopped, there was ''Stop doing that'' i was trying to figure out what i have done wrong and i asked from my mate, what was that? He said'' you got kicked for being afk. So i had no chance to answer for a question from an admin if im afk, i just got warning and 1 second later i got kicked. I really got pissed off, just a game but when you having fun and admins gonna harrass you since the last map, then yeah, i feel abused. I returned back to the server and wanted an explanation,i asked why did you kick me? Meatplow said'' i did''. i said ''i wasnt afk and you didn't give me chance to answer''. Meatplow said ''ok''. I was like what the f***. After that my pilot was gone, maybe got kicked too, i recreated CAS squad, started to reqruit people to my squad. One guy joined lucifier. He said lets go you fly, i didn't even know him and didn't go with him, i asked if you can fly he said '' no '' and i said then i don't want to go with you because i didn't think he is the right guy for this. Then he reported me. =HOG=Imdruid started saying bad things like '' if you cant get up your cas squad then get off'' and i said '' im doing it, don't piss me off''. He said '' dont piss you off?''. Seconds later i got kicked/ban.

Just to clarify i was not the banning admin. Just to clarify i was telling him to get out of the cas squad or find others to fly, which he then told me that he was, but in the way he did say it. At which point questioned him if he wanted to say that again. Someone else temp banned him.

He was reported for refusing to fly, after reviewing the logs I see that while i was gunning in an apc in the middle of a fight i mistook it the wrong way. When i told him to get out of the cas squad i misunderstood it as him hoarding the squad which i initiated chat to tell him to get out of it, which i want to clarify. And again i was in the middle of a fight. Which he then said what he did, and meatplow-190 temp banned him for the reason chill.

As for the kick, that was an accident and meatplow did apologize.
