Well then i wasn't asset stealing because i was already in the fight before he kicked me, i was in the squad, in the (APC) btr for almost the whole time until he kicked me.

The driver flipped it over while he was driving so we got out of it.

I just looked at the tracker file:
64.237.49.109/br/demos/demos/tracker_201...bal_gpm_cq_64.PRdemo
(about 3:22 to 3:11)
..and judging by that he seems to be pretty much telling the truth.
He was in the APC Squad and had been waiting in main for about 10 minutes until his driver spawned and they got in the APC together.
A few Minutes later they abandon the APC (presumably because its flipped) and ploopj gets kicked out of the Squad.
I agree its up to the Squadleader to decide who to have in his Squad,
but from that tracker file the Squadleader kicked the gunner of a flipped APC (dick move) and then reported him for asset theft (false report).
At least thats what it looks like to me.
Of course I dont know what they have been talking about on mumble during that time.
