I tried to join today and got the message that i was banned.
I have no idea why, it must've happened while i was offline.

Ah, yes. It was on Khamisiyah.
I even watched the PR-Demo afterwards.
The game was almost over. Every flag was capped.
I was the gunner in the F-15E.
I went for lases only, bombing targets lazed and marked by our squadleader. Targets that were shooting into the city, coming from MEC main.

I am not trying to shove away responsibility, but i feel that a perma-ban for that role and situation is a bit weird and debatable. In addition, i am unable to control the laser-guided bombs after i drop them as copilot, which is why some of the bombs hit friendly targets by mistake, lased by the enemy.

Do not attack enemy bases unless there is a capable flag on it. Bases that have no flag on them are considered out of limits.

People that are trying to bend the rules or enjoy testing the limits will be removed.

So if you were not responsible, do you believe the SLs involved should be the ones who are banned?

There is no rule stating that bases are able to be attacked. In the same manner, there is no rule prohibiting a force from defending their main base.

Both you and your pilot are banned after having been warned that main bases are off limits.

As i said regarding SL and pilots: I'm not trying to shove away the responsibility, after all, i dropped the bombs. So no need to ban any other people.
I just provided some context. Our whole team was pushing past the bridge, shooting into and being shot from MEC main/close to it (the ridge).

Anyhow, i do apologise.
I did not notice your warnings at that time on the server.
I should've known better.

I will try my best to avoid that in the future.
