im not going to approve it, you had multiple unbans and kept doing it, i dont have anything to believe it would be different, in fact, your track record indicates you would keep on doing it.
EDIT: i tell you what, i will lift the ban and if you get rebanned for the same bs you did in the past then we will know for sure.
IF you do get banned again for behavior reasons or for anything really, then there will be no need for you to come and appeal it because at that point it will be forever.
