Banned for "Shooting AA @ DoD"

Was just on Black Gold flying the CAS chopper, never once attacked enemy DoD or had an AA in my hand.
While being banned, <1> Jokerr says over team comms "Sorry Furious," as an obvious kick to the face.
Are admins banning now over false accusations coming from a fued between players?

Now that I know this wasn't from the current game tonight, I retract my original admin statement. This is a common spot for enemy AA; I didn't aim the MAN-PAD at him until he was parallel with me (as much as humanly possible by myself) to not be inside of DoD. He was 5-600 up in a position that he had been previously shooting missles down on a cache on the coast. I see now with the gif that that's a part of DoD. My intentions were never to shoot him inside of DoD.

Not trying to argue my innocence, just telling my side. It wont happen again and hopefully this being one of my only offences in years and countless hours playing on the server you'll see it in your heart to forgive me.

Been over a week now, still listed as banned when I try to join.
