Ban for talk on loading map screen?

Uhm.. i was playing i cant remember the map all i know is that next map was Outpost AAS. and then the before map just runs over and everybody was talking and i repeat like 4 times a song on spanish ON THE LOADING MAP SCREEN SO i wasnt spamming or something like that then, why do ive been ban? i mean theres 50 guys talking at the same time and i was singing to my bro a song and i get ban? i repeat that dindt happen ON GAME to told me that i was spamming, NO! i was singing on the loading map screen, and when i joing to the next map i try to play then when i create the squad i just get ban... thats injustice dude i could say that is kinda racism.. wating for an answer and god bless.
