Ban Appeal for ban by Jevski

Right, so, first off I have to say I was in the wrong even though my ban was without (apparent) warning. Nevertheless, I believe I'm not a terrible person and I am not one who things that TKing is a fun thing to do. I just want to play the game, and I'm enjoying HOG to be a server where I believe I can actually PLAY the game.

After a rather successful run on Black Gold on the Russian side my squad went back to Main to get a transport - seeing as there was no transport squad we had to wait around until a transport would spawn. As always, waiting will result in people just fucking around. Me being absent minded and being the Combat Engineer led to two things: me placing a mine in Main and me placing a stack of C4 on base. Even though me, and other players around me, yelled for people to NOT be around the C4 or Mine the following happened: 1) 2 players decided to lie directly on top of the C4 for fun, and 2) a transport and a logi first crashed into one another, causing them to swerve and then causing one of the two to trigger the mine - killing the two drivers, the logi and the transport.

Three seconds later I saw !b CommissarKip, my squad mates said "Oh man, you got banned! What the hell?" and I lost connection to the server.

I've never received an infraction or a warning. I am aware that there is a thing called excessive teamkilling, I assure however that these were NOT player deaths I intentionally wanted to cause. I'm especially confused because Jevski didn't tell me anything and just flat out banned me. I've been playing for the last week on HOG and this is the first time this has happened.

I can say I fucked up. I'm sorry for this fuck up and I just want this ban lifted because I really like playing on HOG. I'm not 12, I'm a responsible adult and all I can say is that I apologize.

Lets see what the rules say

No asshatting, shooting, grenades or smoke in main bases.

And you are a proof of why that rule is there.

I dont see why you should even get a warning for such a stupid action. You cost the team 20 tickets just because you where bored.

Come back in 3 months and I will unban you. And use this time to memorize the rules so you can recite them in your sleep.
