Talked to ion in Discord to try understand his points and sum it up:

My understanding says that Ion got provoked by the CMEN people or at least one of them. They called him gipsy via mumble. Instead he reportin them to the admins he just started to teamkill them for revenge.

He apologized a couple of times and promised he won't take action in his own hands and doin it again.

He still wants to report those people but until his "video" isn't fixed there is no evidence to provide.

From an admin POV I would not wonder of they did what he said.

Nevertheless he can have a second chance. I'm lookin forward to him understanding what I said.

Please lift this ban.
