Very TLDR: As an insurgent officer I deleted a friendly hideout that was on the opposite side of the map only being used by a sniperteam that was not contributing to the battle (opposite side of map). We had a limited number of hideouts (max reached), and 2 of them were overran. Myself and SL3 (and another SL I dont remember asked him repeatedly multiple times to delete his hideout so we could build a new one, and he refused to communicate or reply. Thats when I deleted his hideout at the request of my team.

Expanding on the TLDR: We tried repeatedly to communicate with him (his name was something to the effect of "vicious" iirc) both over mumble and team chat. Not only did he not respond to me, he didnt respond to other SL's over mumble, and wouldn't talk to me in local when I re-spawned on the opposite side of the map. Myself and several others did use the "!r" function to report him that him and his friends were wasting assets being on the opposite side of the map, in terms of kits, as well as wasting a hideout. We also tried reporting that as a squad leader he was not communicating with the team. My teammates and other SL's asked since I was dead if I could spawn in on the hideout across the map and delete it (as officers can do with the radio). I proceeded to do that to benefit the team, and when I did I caught a perm-ban, no warning, no kick, nothing.

Uploaded is a crude image of the map that I drew up on Paint. The westernmost hideout was the one that I deleted and got me banned. Red lines were hideouts that were either overran or being destroyed.

I would like to stress that I followed the server rules , and to this point had never had any real problems here. I didn't tk anybody, I never trolled anybody, and I didn't waste nor abuse assets. I was only trying to return an asset (a hideout) closer to the battles and near our caches so that we could reinforce the objective.

I appreciate your taking the time to read this. I know you guys have to deal with a lot of shitheads, it just sucks that I got caught in the crossfire. I'm looking forward (hopefully) to getting back into the game.
