Ban - Morgan

I've been playing in HOG for probably over 10 years. I was in the server last night playing on Muttrah and I was on the MEC team. It was also very late at night and there was about 35-40 folks in the server.

There was a battle with the cobra, in which it had been engaged by North City by small arms and also my BTR. We got it literally on fire in NC, then it began to pull back toward the carrier for repairs. We continued to engage it, obviously to try to finish it off to the point of it being by the northern containers by the mountains around Muttrah Docks. It finally went down somewhere close to repair station, but it was foggy by then because my BTR was all the way in NC and couldn't see all the way to repair station.

Shortly there after, the Fap guy, I don't know his full name, switched from USMC to MEC to pursue whoever killed him, claiming that he was killed at repair station. First, it was obvious he was just pissed that he got shot down. He continued to argue with me that I was engaging him in the repair station, which is ludacris. I hope that you guys have the video so you can see the evidence. His helicopter was literally on fire and going down over north city. He continued to argue with me saying that we followed him all the way to repair station, which again is a lie, considering my BTR was all the way by the triangle area in north city.

I will also note that this is very interesting for him to accuse us of engaging him in his uncap when he CONSISTENTLY engaged us from OUR MEC uncap around the fortress area. We were constantly being engaged on the east main road right outside of our main by the cobra hovering over the fortress, which obviously would mean it was him, one of your admins engaging us from our own uncap, so the hypocrisy is mindblowing.

I'm not sure who banned me, but it is what it is. I'll finish by saying I've been playing in the server for over 10 years and I've never been banned like this. Anyone with common sense can realize what happened here. This is a grown man and gentleman's game and I would never expect a grown man having a hissy fit about being shot down on a video game and would resort to this nonsense.

If you guys want to keep the ban, knowing it's completely unjustified, then please feel free to do what you want - it's your server after all. If you want to have a standard, then maintain the standard and not cherry pick rules to your convenience like this guy did. I know I didn't break the rules and so does he. I'd hate to see this great game start to die out because of petty bans such as this.

I do this stuff in real life in the active duty army, so I find this nothing short of pathetic.
