Banned for no reason

I don't know why am I banned for, I played yesterday night then I go to bed, this morning I was about to play and I found out I was banned, maybe any admins can help me?

ok i don't know what you're talking about, yesterday as i remember i was playing in outpost, i am in mec team. I'm in a mortar squad, my role was to reload the mortars, I was not on the mortar, I don't know how to use it, my squad leader told me to bring a logi, drop crates, reload the logi, drop the crates, repeat. I don't know who used to mortar, as I remember his name was dragon with random numbers

i didnt touch the mortar, i was just in a mortar squad

That was me checking the GUI for the mortar, I've never used it before I was asking my squad leader how to use it.
