My in-game username is Mututi.

Hey admins. I was playing in your server as an ordinary person. I was on Falklands map and I joined the cas squad. I'd like to fly a harrier. Everybody in my squad was flying with jets, so i waited 5 or 6 minutes for a jet. Then a jet spawned and I jumped in. Now it was my turn to fly a jet. But [TP]Ruiz wrote: ''!rp Mututi stealing a jet''. NO! It was my right to fly a jet. They should wait for next jet spawn. Am I right? Then I killed an enemy jet and a few seconds later I got banned. I think it was unfair.

Would you kindly lift my ban?

It is really sad that you perma banned and categorized me with the hackers, griefers and racists with stealing cas.

I read the rules.

3.10 If you cannot fly, do not practice here go to a training server.

I wont do it again.I want to play Project Reality.

Hi Mututi, my apologies for the delay.

I received multiple reports in quick succession for stealing the jet and a teamkill report at the same time so it seemed very urgent to act quickly at the time.

Looking now it seems the first report was that you were trying to fly with no mic, so I assume you were in CAS squad originally and they kicked you when they discovered you had a no mic, then reported you for stealing?

Don't think we automatically assume you are a hacker/griefer, we just use the ban sometimes to cause you to come here so we can talk and determine if you do understand the rules etc.

Either way I'm happy for the ban to be lifted now. Remember you cannot use assets if you have no mic.
