ban appeal

hello, i was banned for duplicate helicopter squad, i did not mean to make duplicate, i only saw 1 squad and 2 helicopters so i make my squad and was a bit slow to change kit because i pressed crewman by mistake, so i show up to helipad late and other pilot calls duplicate squad, and before i know it, im banned.

im getting older and just want to enjoy a good game, i'd hate to have to go back to squad until it has helicopters (i like to play all parts of the game, not just heli)

so, can i have another chance? i promise i'll try really hard to not make duplicate squad in the future.
