Just to add, this is the view distance of Grozny,it is impossible for you to shoot and kill that guy on the crane without some assistance i.e your wallhack.
400mtrs isnt the fade out, 375 is the fade and 400mtrs is the max anyone can see even with binocs. These settings are also server side so players are unable to change this to gain an advantage.
