Banned after playing on Mestia

I was banned a few minutes ago and i would like to explain myself.

We were playing mestia and i was with my squad attacking west tower. I was trying to clear a bunker with my squad leader and a blueberry. There was an enemy on the second floor. I threw a grenade up there but before it was fully thrown i got shot. I dont know what happened to that grenade and if it killed my teammates, but i suspect that it did and that this is why i got banned.

A bit after that we had taken the bunkers and the enemy was counter-attacking it through the main entrance. I was watching it and providing suppressing fire to prevent anyone from coming in but i had one guy from our team rush in and i hit him. I apologized to him in local voice immediately afterwards but he did not say anything. Did i accidentally kill an admin? His name was Hrorst or something like that.

Is there any chance i can get unbanned?

Alright you may be unbanned.
But please be careful with those grenades

Honestly, this experience makes me never want to use grenades again (out of fear that i will get banned again), but i get your point.

At the same time its good that you are actively moderating the server because its so easy for people to troll and what not to spoil the experience for everyone.
