permanent ban?

Just wondering if I was permanently banned. And if so, I'd like to request that it be lifted. I will admit that my behavior did warrant expulsion - but I hope the following will extenuate the matter:

1.) It was late in the round if I recall correctly, and the game was all but over. In fact, there were several teammates engaging in boxing-matches.
2. ) I was punch drunk at the time
3. ) I am not one to typically troll or engage in disruptive, or aberrant behavior.
3 . ) I placed the clay-more well before I detonated it. It wasn't within my sight either when I finally did. I honestly didn't intend to team kill those two people that I did; it was just unfortunate that it happened when I - for whatever spastic reason - decided to pull the trigger... I just stupidly assumed no one would be next to it.
4. ) I voluntarily left the server immediately afterwards. This probably made whoever banned me believe that I my actions were intentionally egregious.

Would you please lift the ban?

I just want to point something out in case he cites it. A few (or several) games prior to the game this thread is in relation to, I was playing as taliban on kokand. I was using the spg techie with some guy. We were doing extremely well. I got 16 kills with it. Anyway... Somewhere along the line, I received two warnings in quick succession, for unknown reasons. I typed "stop doing what?" after the first warning - then got warned again immediately thereafter. My techie mate type "!r stink_whislte isn't doing anything guys" afterwards. Just wanted to clarify that incase it got brought up.

1. It was NOT at the beginning, nor was the round lost.

And round ended at 22:30, so when you started tk'ing we where barely halfway.
And no you didnt leave the server. You got banned while ingame.
And your intentions dont really matter, thats why we have a rule that says DO NOT FIRE IN MAIN.

Did that all happen in one round? I don't recall causing that much mischief.

I was NOT placing mines at main, that's a flat out lie. That's total BS. I have killed plenty of friendly players who fail to heed the mine markers on the map, however. Perhaps the fellow was disgruntled given his own incompetence in running over the mine.

The round was all but lost, hence the fact that a huge chunk of friendlies were dicking around at main. And yes, I absolutely did hit the escape key and proceed to exit the game before being banned. Regardless of whether or not you initiated the ban, I was absolutely in the process of exiting out; and did in fact do so. I am not lying.

As for the January 18th round... The VN-Jiayu guy and I had a running feud going. He kept kicking me out of the APC squad for failing to live up to his standards. He berated and lambasted me (a violation in its' own right), then hastily and arbitrarily kicked me out of the the squad and locked it at 3 people. I apologized and tried to re-enter the squad but he wasn't haven't it and just kept kicking me. As far as I know people can't "claim" exclusive rights to certain squads or assets. If there is space in the squad, then shouldn't anyone be free to join it despite what some apoplectic blowhard leading the squad thinks? Besides it's not what the ban was in relation to. Furthermore, for the other two TK's: they were accidental. Drugs, I wouldn't ever kill him intentionally as I know him to be an admin (i think it's on FCV right?)... Plus, I can precisely recall incidents wherein he (Drugs) intentionally team killed me - are you going to hold him to account for it (assuming it happened on your server)? [rhetorical question]

I'm not here to say that I haven't ever misbehaved but I certainly don't think that my conduct warrants a permanent ban. This is a game after all and people will engage in whimsy - and if you look up anyone's name I'm sure you can find rounds here and there where it can be construed that they are hitler reincarnate.

Anyways. I hope you can lift the ban - or at the very least make it a temporary one. I enjoy the game very much.
