permanent ban?

can I please get a follow up here? I really don't think I deserved to be PERMANENTLY banned. I acknowledged that the incident was wrong - I offered reasons as to why I was misbehaving (although not to justify my actions - but to offer a little extenuating context) - and I apologized. It's not like I'm a rampant troll. The worst you can say about me is that I'm a pothead with an annoying voice. Please reconsider (whoever has the power to do so). My misbehaving are sparse enough that I think it's fairly evident I'm not a habitual troll.
