By substantiate I mean post a video using BattleRecorder or Tracker showing me following you to take the kit to back up your allegation.
At no point did you ask for the kit back you just began shooting me as I ran past you at which point I yelled friendly three times but you kept shooting (you missed many times) I took the HAT over the LAT (which had to no ammo) as its much easier to hit the APC in water.
Your actions in the past from subsequent bans and general attitude in game show you be to an asinine individual who does nothing more than troll and act the fool to purposly degrade the quality of the game for others. There is no place for people like you on HOG.
This is ultimetly my opinion based on some fact but I hope the admins take that in to consideration regardning Mr.Hajaar's ban appeal.

Again, no arguments, "actions in the past from subsequent bans"
I've been banned a total of 2 times with a valid reason.
1. Free kit squad, discussed with Lespyd already, all settled.
2. This time
I love how people think I break rules just because I shit talk people like you who live in this game, but you've never seen me take assets just to waste them, solo'ing them and stuff like that so yeah keep saying false stuff until someone believes you.

I Apologize in advance, But isnt this like the 3rd or 4th time hes been perma'd in the past 2 weeks? This guy clearly doesnt learn. Ive had a few innings with this guy and he is insanely Toxic and always chat/mumble spams.

you are not involved in this incident nor do you have our permission to be included in this, talking about rule breaking, would you like to have one added to your history? Do NOT respond in ban appeals, DO read and follow our rules. Last warning, post again, ban.

it does not matter who said what, who asked who or didnt, the rule broken was teamkilling done by two people offensive and softy, which both are banned at the moment.
offensive, you do not have the right to teamkill to get a kit back, you LEFT that kit on the field when you died, it does not belong to you, you are not entitled to get it back, you have no rights to take any action to get it back except to ask. If the individual that currently has it is too much of a dick to give it back, ask an admin to intervene to POSSIBLY get it back, you do not have the rights nor power to take it back by tk.
2 day ban from today. Come back to THIS post and post after the that and we will unban you.
