Banned???!!XD

So while on Hades Peak , Im flying trans. I pick up some rando to fly. As we are flying in to the area he is just blasting the side guns. I asked him to stop. He stops for a few but I think it b/c he overheated the gun, b/c a few sec later he starts again. So i land and kill him. Now yes this is wrong.I was kicked for tk no problem.(My team also lost chopper b/c I was flying no warring or anything) but I then rejoin understanding what I did was wrong .He then reports me again saying I left(True I was kicked for tk) and I rejoined(true i was kicked for his tk) i then get banned so maybe lets decide if my one tk should be a ban thanks.

So this isn't about the ban only being a temp. It is the fact i was punished for a tk. Then punished a second time for the same tk. I wasn't acting a fool or messing around. I was flying trans. I get that i can be banned for a tk no problem. But why kick me first?

It was a temp ban I kick you first you were reported for a intentional tk then you got reported again for trolling in the trans heli it was only a temp ban
