A late Ban Appeal - Taylor258

I dont know if anyone recognizes my name, Taylor258

Ive been playing PR for roughly 2 years now without any problems.
However this changed around a month ago when I logged into the HOG server.
As soon as I logged in I noticed the admin at the time being abusive and disrespectful to the players on our team. The map was that French vs MEC Port map (Sorry at the time of writing I cannot remember the exact name).
Seeing this and recently being the victim of a previous admin who was abusing his rights on the Black Hawk down map. I proceeded to say roughly along the lines of "Oh, another admin abusing his rights again" in team chat. Fair enough this was abit confrontational but after having having issues and having a few drinks I wasnt exactly wanting to keep my head down.
The admin (The one who banned me, cant remember his name due to the time since the incident) proceeded to abuse me and the original target of his angst for 5 minutes. At this point I typed "Okay forget it lets just play the game and get on with it"
However he then proceeded to join our squad and hurl verbal abuse at me and the original recipient. I tried to calm the situation down, but I believe when I said "Just shut up, it was an incident/mistake lets just get on with it" to him verbally he started threatening me with repercussions. I proceeded to explain to him that myself and the original recipient had done anything wrong and in fact he (the admin) was being confrontational by joining our squad just to shout and swear at us.
The Admins response to my calm logic was further insults followed by the statement. "I dont care I am going to ban you anyway" in which within a minute I was banned for excessive Teamkilling despite the fact I did not teamkill but in fact obtained 2-3 kills against the MEC forces we were fighting.
This is pretty much a full transcript. I m sorry for not bringing it forward sooner, but my profession meant I have not been able to play computer games much since the new year.

I didnt spam All chat, the other guy was not banned, but was being abused by the admin, I told the Admin to chill. He then joined our squad and proceeded to insult us. I pointed out that by doing this he was aggravating the issue. I just said to chill out and play the game. He ignored me and proceeded to insult me. I did not swear or use any insulting language yet he then banned me because I was right. Using the phase "I dont Care Im going to ban you". He then used the Ban reasonaing 'Excessive Teamkilling' even though I did not shoot any friendlies.

I also was lead to believe from your Teamspeak channel description, that my appeal would be looked at fairly and not trolled immediately with a irrelevant comment.
As I pointed out, this hasnt been the first instance of Admin abuse I have suffered on your server. I had hoped to get a fair discussion and review of the issue at hand. This isnt a attempt at trolling but a genuine request, despite the fact that this is the internet lol
I actually enjoy playing on your server. hats the reason why I logged into your teamspeak, created an account on your forums (being polite) and appealing this ban. You can check my record, I haven't been banned from any server before, because I dont Excessively teamkill etc.

What Im saying is, even if you need to contact other servers such as PRTA etc. Ive never been banned or even kicked from any of them.
The only reason I was banned from =HOG= was becasue your admin joined our squad and proceeded to basically give us a dressing down for nothing. In response I told him politely that by doing that he was aggravating the issue by threatening us. As a result I got banned for a false reason for only standing up for myself with logic.
If you can without 100% doubt tell me that there arent admins on you server that get trigger happy with their rights I'll drop the issue. But you and I know that isnt the case. All I am asking for is to be unbanned so that I can access a server in which I had fun playing on.
