Hi, I am writing this due to a ban that occurred on your server today. I was told by squad member DutchCourage to build an HMG to block off the entrance of the cache to better defend it. Witek's squad already built one nearby and I was unable to place it, I asked nicely if they could remove theirs so I could place a better one. Witek refused to cooperate so I had commander remove the HMG so we could place one in a better position. I was never warned by Witek after this action, he just immediately banned me without saying a word.

Destroying other squad's placements is not the best way to get what you want. You asked commander to destroy whole superfob just to build your own right on the cashe. First of all you need to communicate more, you just heard "no" so you decided to grief our team and let us defend a cashe without ANY FOB.
You were not nice and you wanted to build your placements on shit position so i said no

To be fair, I asked the commander to delete the HMG and not the fob, it was misheard and he deleted everything else as well. Calling it a giant grief is a huge oversight onto what was actually happening, considering the ARF can place FOBs and structures without any crates needed, this whole thing is easily fixed.

For your "not nice" claim, your only responses mumbled to me over squad lead chat was "WHY" and "YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO BUILD BETTER". I never used any vulgar language or personally attacked you. I kept on with building onto the cache after the commander removed your stuff because I was not warned otherwise by an admin. If you would've talked to me and asked me to stop, I gladly would've knowing it was against server rules and admin's decision.

Never called it giant grief, that was light grief and that's why the punishment was light. Ability to place fobs without crates is bot changing anything.

A tempban is considered light? You'd think a first offender would get some kind of warning to indicate what I did was wrong instead hitting the ban button instantly.
