you are correct the bugged fob is not your problem. Killing players from inside a building using a glitched fob is your problem.

It doesn't matter if you didn't build the FOB, you spawned in the walls under mosque in Bijar and you shot at enemy in an unfair advantage. You can't do that. If you ever spawn inside a wall or building where enemy can't see you, you need to move out of it immediately without firing at anyone. Ban can be lifted.
