DanielGrushin Ban Appeal

Hello!
I was perma-banned on 06.14.2020 while driving btr-80. My gunner engaged trans huey over cliff lookout and I was perma-banned by evox for "engaging targets in dod". Could you please check BR and unban me? Thanks!

Wait, what? Last time I checked there was no jets on Saaremaa.
Why did you tell my squadmates that I was banned for taking down a huey in dod then?

Oh yes I remember that.
Me and my mate Edi created cas squad to fly jets and let some random blues which I have never seen before fly the havoc. Obviously they wasted it in the first run. Edi ctd and I was alone against whole enemy cas squad but managed to shot everyone down including z10. I was damaged by AA splash and attemped to land but blew up on impact with the runaway (you know, pr things). After that those blue guys start giving me shit about me being a shitty pilot and kicked me out of the squad which was mine and edi's in the first place. I reported it several times to Evox, but he didn't do anything and I tried to get my jet anyway for which I was warned and left it on the runaway. Once those blue guys get in the jets and havoc they wasted it in like 1-2 min span and I reported them for wasting assets and stealing the squad, but then again nothing was done.

I'm not aware of team killing anyone. I would like to apologize for any tk I commited in that round if I indeed tk someone. I don't think that I deserve a perma ban in that situation. I didn't actually "steal" any assets, I left the jet on the runaway and went directly to Evox squad to explain him this sutation. He didn't reply to me and after that I have left the server.
