Ban appeal

Hi my username is silent4214 and let cut to the point I was banned for killing a guy on a Tow/ stationary Tow for the first time in 2 games which I just came one and I got banned right away after I said sry ppl were saying check fire but I didn't know it was me and I was shoot from a stationary mg position at a moving jeep with a tow on it (can't remember what it name is) that I thought had come to a stop had smoke all around the place in which I could see shit the end.
