i use 2 different steam accounts and multiple in-game names, i try each one of them but i still got kicked while im joining the server, im new to this game got no idea how to fix it

my accunt name in game is TRX69 and i have been banned. I just switched my team because there was no enemy and game was boring then I reached the cache and destroyed it. I idnt ghosting and cache already has been marked
