Ban Appeal

i was a member of a squad , at the end of the game mebers started switching in and out , i didnt notice i have become a squad leader. when i tried to leave squad i got kicked and then banned (i cannot rejoin the server)

i cannot find the hash number (is there a chance of getting ubanned without it ? )
